You may return he CD only if it's defective. I once went into a shop and tried to exchange a Radiohead's Pablo Honey because I didn't like it. They refused me. I should have just said I'd bought it for my brother and he already had it. Anyway it's all moot since I only have one album so you couldn't exchange it for a different album cos I only have one album.
